BLUEGRASS and Other Music
ArkansasBluegrass.com -- Very nice site featuring Arkansas' own Keisler Brothers. Also area festival flyers, band bios and other useful bluegrass-related information.

The Wooten Brothers — Legends to Arkansas Bluegrass Fans, they started out as mere babes in the mid-60's and grew to national prominence.

Runaway Planet — Good friends and good pickers in the Little Rock area.

Jack Tuttle's site -- Great overall site from this Bay-area musician, teacher, historian and theorist.

Bluegrass World -- Nice site with tons of good links.

Bluegrass Song Lyrics -- Lots of Bluegrass and Bluegrass Gospel lyrics. Turn down the volume on your computer first unless you like MIDI banjo noises..

BluegrassLyrics.com -- Best lyrics site we've found thus far.

Bean Blossom -- The official web site with festival and event information from Bean Blossom.

Dick's MIDI Page -- Warning: Contains some Bluegrass.

Wendy Anthony's Favorite Things — Wonderful site with tons of music related links, including all the acoustic instruments.

Cybergrass — The Internet Bluegrass Music News Magazine and Blog since 1992. Providing serious bluegrass music news and bluegrass event information. Featuring syndicated bluegrass music news, reviews and events calendar.

BluegrassNet — Another very nice general Bluegrass site run by Keith Morris, a bass player in Atlanta. (All these guys all work really hard. You need to stop by and say hi.)

Mudcat Cafe — Mostly folk-related, but they do some bluegrass too. Check them out for hard-to-find lyrics.

WorldwideBluegrass.com — Go give a listen. Good Bluegrass Web radio going on over there.

GoBluegrass.com — Extensive site with lots of Bluegrass-related news.

Lana's Flowers — Not technically a Bluegrass site, but it's a way to get some nice flowers and in contact with the Larry Nelson Family.

Bluegrass Anonymous — Run by the nice folks at the Louisville Bluegrass Association. Some good Bluegrass over there. In Arkansas it's mostly anonymous.

MANDOLIN

Mandolin Cafe Online Magazine -- Very nice mandolin-related stuff.

Randy Wood -- Maker of the OSBB mandolin player's mandolin. Hear it here.

Allen Jones (Glenn Mandolins) -- Maker of the OSBB mandolin player's son's mandolin.

Mandolin Central -- Lots of high-quality instruments here. Run by mandolinist Tony Williamson

Co-Mando -- Another high-end mandolin-related site. Good tabs and techniques.

Sugar Hill E-Card -- Mike Marshall and Chris Thile play "Fisher's Hornpipe" (in its entirety) from the album "Into the Cauldron," plus other snippets. Gotta listen.

Williamanesbitt.com — Your friendly OSBB mandolinist has posted video, MP3 files and tabs of his favorite practice routines.

BANJO

Angie's Banjo — Nice banjo related site with lots of resources. Run by a Texas lady who is herself a banjo player.

GUITAR
Bluegrass Guitar -- Lots of good guitar-related stuff.

FIDDLE
Tim Crouch -- World's greatest fiddler, in our humble opinion.

BAND PROMOTION SERVICES — Free Web sites where your band can upload info, pics and songs. All include a link to your site. Most require registration. Beware the discussion boards — you'll get addicted quickly.

GrassSpace — New MySpace type site for Bluegrassers. Run by a nice guy named Skip somewhere in N.C.

Gigfrog — Very nice site. Say hi to Rob for us when you get listed.

The Band Universe — Nice site with lots of artists ... info and pic only.

Free Musician List — Upload a big pic and an original or traditional song at this helpful site.

ibluegrass.com — Directory dedicated to Bluegrass Bands. Much appreciated.
