The Old School Bluegrass Band — CDs
The Old School Bluegrass
Band has 5 CD titles containing some of Arkansas' finest Bluegrass, Old
Time and Bluegrass Gospel Music recordings. Our earliest recordings date
back to 1993 and include work by the late, great fiddler Jerry Hodge and
bassist Patti LaFleur, who went on to form, along with fiddler Pete Brown,
the popular Arkansas band The Acousticatz.
Glenn Waldo joined as bassist after LaFleur's departure in 1994. The band
has maintained the same personnel ever since: Waldo on bass and vocals,
Bill Anderson on banjo (Scruggs-style and frailing) and vocals, Danny Trawick
on guitar and Bill Nesbitt on mandolin and vocals. See our Bio
Page for more band-related information.
